These Terms govern your use of the PUPA app and website provided by PUPA Trucking Inc. ("PUPA," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use PUPA
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
2. Your account & data
You own the records you put into PUPA. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them so the app can work for you. Keep your business and tax records backed up — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
3. Plans, billing & renewals
- PUPA offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Fleet plans.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through your app store or our payment processor until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app. That includes attempting to break security, reverse-engineer the service, resell access, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. The information PUPA provides
PUPA offers tools and estimates — profit calculations, cost-per-mile figures, broker lookups and report drafts — to help you make decisions. These are aids, not professional advice. You're responsible for verifying figures and for your own tax, legal and compliance obligations. Always confirm important decisions independently.
6. Third-party data
Some features rely on third-party sources (for example, public carrier-authority records and fuel-price data). We work to keep these accurate but can't guarantee they're complete or current, and we're not responsible for third-party content.
7. Service availability
We aim for reliable, uninterrupted service but don't guarantee it. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we'll give notice of major changes where practical.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUPA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using PUPA and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use PUPA means you accept the updated Terms.
